Carter LeCraw, President/CEO and chairman, founded American Values Investments‚ (formerly LeCraw Investment Management, Inc.) in January of 1996. He began his career in the financial planning and investment business in‚ 1981, and received the Certified Financial Planner (CFP) designation in‚ 1987. Prior to entering the financial services business, Carter taught school and spent four years on active duty as a Supply Corps Officer in the United States Navy. He attended Georgia Tech on a tennis scholarship and graduated in 1975 with a Bachelor of Science degree in Industrial Management. Carter, and his wife Dr. Deborah E. LeCraw, have a son, Peter, and reside in Johnson City, TN.
Mr. Cobble is an Attorney & Counselor at Law, and owner of Cobble Law Firm, a law firm with an emphasis in real estate law; estate planning, wills, and trusts; business and corporate law; non-profit organizations; first amendment law; and all types of civil litigation. Mr. Cobble completed his undergraduate education at Pensacola Christian College (FL) in 1983 and his J.D. from Regent University School of Law (VA) in 1996. He also has earned a master’s degree from Tusculum College (TN). In 1986, Mr. Cobble was named a Stokely Fellow by the University of Tennessee, an honor recognizing his outstanding contributions in the field of liberal arts education. He is the author of published materials in his fields, and is a frequent speaker, lecturer, and teacher. He also serves as corporate counsel of numerous businesses and corporations. Mr. Cobble is an affiliate attorney with The Rutherford Institute, the National Legal Foundation, and the American Center for Law and Justice. He is a member of the Federalist Society and the Christian Legal Society, as well as a member of the American Trial Lawyers Association. He has been named as a Life Member of the National Registry of Who’s Who and as a 2000-2001 member of National Register’s Who’s Who in Executives and Professionals. He is admitted to practice law in state and federal courts in both Pennsylvania and Tennessee. Mr. Cobble attributes his success to the blessing of God, hard work, good client relationships, and his adherence to the Golden Rule.

Kent is a Business Strategist with American Values Investments. Previously, Kent spent 31 years in supply chain management in the aerospace industry, including serving as an Acquisition Planning and Compliance Manager for Jet Propulsion Laboratory, and as a Internal Audit and Compliance Manager for Hughes Aircraft Company (now Raytheon). Kent holds a B.S in Business Administration (Magna Cum Laude) from California State University, Fresno, and an M.B.A. from California State University, Dominguez Hills. He was awarded the prestigious NASA Exceptional Achievement Medal for his leadership in internal audit, compliance and process improvement. Kent is a deacon at First Christian Church in Johnson City, TN. He and his wife Adrienne teach Sunday School, sing in the choir, and participate in the outreach ministry. He enjoys hiking, traveling, serving others, studying the Bible, and praise and worship music.

Designed and implemented Customer requested enhancements. Leonard is a Eucharistic Minister at St. Mary Catholic Church in Johnson City, TN. He and his wife, Betty, are retired and reside in Jonesborough, TN. They have two daughters and a son.

He has served at radio stations in Chicago, Dallas and the industry leading, KSBJ – Houston. He was involved in media campaigns for fellow Texans, Dick Army for Congress and Ted Cruz for Senate. More recently, George calls Blountville, TN home and continues to foster many social media friendships and followers developed during his former Tri-Cities radio talk show.
